These terms and conditions form the contract between ‘you the client” and Elite Pet Services Ltd.
Whereas the utmost care and respect will be given to the client’s pets, they will be handled with the understanding that Elite Pet Services Ltd, selected boarding facilities, airlines and our designated veterinarians are at no time to be held responsible for loss, death, illness or accident due to any cause either naturally or accidentally.
Elite Pet Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for unexpected flight delays, flight cancellations, change of aircraft or flight route or loss of documents during transit. Additional costs for boarding and/or repeat vet work may apply should any of these occur.
Any postponement or change to flight date by the client can incur charges from the airline, these are the responsibility of the client.
Pet Insurance is not covered by Elite Pet Services Ltd, this can be taken out directly by the client with their insurer.
Quotes are based on current prices and are valid for 30 days. These are based on the breed, size and weight of the pet provided by the client, should there be any increase in the travel crate size due to rejection by the airline or MPI veterinarians, extra freight charges may apply.
Any prior health conditions and/or medications for your pet must be disclosed prior to booking flights. This may affect your pet’s ability to travel.
Should your pet require additional veterinary attention for any reason whilst in the care of Elite Pet Services Ltd or their contractors, the costs will be at the expense of the client.
All pets are required to be fully vaccinated for boarding. Any additional vaccinations required for boarding are at the cost of the client.
Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to departure, this can be paid in cash or directly into Elite Pet Services Ltd nominated bank account. No pay - No fly.
In the event of a complete cancellation, Elite Pet Services Ltd reserves the right to refund all or part payment after deduction of costs already incurred.
